The platform contains three content types:
- Your Content (user-provided)
- Member Content (from other users)
- Our Content (platform-owned)
All content must comply with our Community Guidelines. Prohibited content includes:

- Harassing, abusive, or discriminatory material
- Commercial solicitations
- Malicious software

You may not display any personal contact or banking information on your individual profile page whether in relation to you or any other person (for example, names, home addresses or postcodes, telephone numbers, email addresses, URLs, credit/debit card or other banking details). We encourage you to use the same caution in disclosing details about yourself to third parties online as you would under any other circumstances.
All users must adhere to the following requirements when using our platform:
- Authentic Identity: You must provide and maintain accurate, truthful information about yourself. This includes using your real name, age, and current photos that represent your actual appearance. Profile information must not be misleading, deceptive, or fictional.
- Legal Compliance: You agree to use the Service in full compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, laws governing online conduct, data privacy, intellectual property, and export control.
- Respectful Interaction: You must treat all other users with dignity and respect. Your conduct, both in public interactions and private communications, should contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive community environment.
You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Identity Misrepresentation: You may not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your identity, age, current or previous professions, qualifications, or your affiliation with a person or entity. Creating a profile for anyone other than yourself is not permitted.
- Harassment and Abuse: You may not engage in any form of harassment, bullying, intimidation, or predatory behavior towards any other user. This includes, but is not limited to, sending unwanted offensive messages, making threats, posting abusive content, or engaging in stalking behavior both online and offline.
- Unauthorized Commercial Activities: The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Service to advertise, solicit, or sell any products or services. Prohibited activities also include engaging in pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation.
- Automated Access and Data Collection: You may not use any automated devices, scripts, bots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, or other technologies to access, monitor, copy, or collect any information from the Service. This includes attempting to bypass our systems, reverse engineer our software, or create multiple accounts through automated means.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account and access to the Service, at our sole discretion.
We may conduct limited background checks but do not perform comprehensive screening. You are responsible for your interactions with other users.
We offer various Virtual item options and payment methods. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Virtual items purchased are licensed, not sold, and may be managed or discontinued at our discretion. All virtual item purchases are final and non-refundable.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.
You acknowledge that the Service may be temporarily suspended or permanently discontinued without prior notice due to technical maintenance, system failures, force majeure events, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature or functionality at our sole discretion.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Surviving provisions include arbitration agreements, intellectual property rights, and liability limitations.
We may modify these Terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
